Open Dispatch hours: 7:00 to 9:00 AM, Monday--Friday.

Any dispatch request received after 9:00 AM will be filled by members on the Out of Work List.

Local 1797 abides by the Uniform Hiring Hall Procedures adopted by the Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters.

The Out of Work List is updated every Friday afternoon. If you wish to remain on the list, you will need to come in and sign, call (please call after 6:00 PM and leave a message on the voice mail), e-mail or fax. DO NOT CHECK IN AFTER 4:30 PM ON FRIDAY.

To initially sign on the OWL, you must fill out a Out of Work Questionnaire card at the local. A current card must be on file to remain on the list. Cards must be update annually.
