Greetings to all Email Update Members,
 
This email update might be the most important one you read before the November elections, so get a cup of coffee, kick back, read and think, pay attention to chronology and dates and names.
 
In the last email update I alluded to facts that go as far back as the Carter Administration that one needs to understand to fully grasp where the United States finds itself standing today.  We are in one Hell of a predicament but we did not get there overnight or even since Bush was put into office.  Actually it goes all the way back to Lyndon Johnson and Richard Nixon as to the start point but specific actions did not occur until the Carter Administration relative to what this email update is about and how it relates to the current day fiasco in America and the quagmire we are in. 
 
This is like having a huge cancer, slow to grow and terminal in nature.  It has taken at least three decades to get into the mess we are in and all along the way we have had leadership not fit to lead.  
 
You see, after the 1973 Arab Oil Embargo certain people in America came up with a really stupid plan and they have stayed stuck-on-stupid regarding that plan and its objectives since that time. 
 
It has not mattered what realities were or even the change in administrations or changes in world circumstances.  They have just repackaged it and kept right on going straight into the side of the mountain. 
 
When the USSR collapsed and reorganized, freedom and democracy began rising up on its own like the re-birth of a forest after a forest fire.  The United States has done more harm than good because they will not change along with the times.  
 
We have folks in Washington, DC so stuck-on-stupid that they fail to see that policies they concoct are the reasons that certain doors stand closed to them.  To contradict what Dick Cheney has remarked on, it has nothing to do with God putting oil and gas in nations unfriendly to the United States.  We made them unfriendly with our own arrogance and conduct. 
 
These same people think they can piss on the feet of others and still be welcome in their foreign homeland.  They are abusive, arrogant and intent on getting their way, much like little children fighting over a toy.  They are much like the schoolyard bully that thinks they always have to win even if they cheat, lie and steal or beat up on the smaller kids.  They do not play well with others and that is why most of the world has turned their back on the United States.  If we fell tomorrow, most would not shed a tear and many would throw a big party.
 
That is the true legacy they are leaving behind in each administration and thumping their chests about a job not well done and expecting you to do the same.
 
This is one of those come to terms with reality issues that America is going to have to face or be discarded in the scrapheap of history under the category of Dead Empires. 
 
Greed and arrogance can only be pushed to a point and then things are going to snap and the blowback is going to be Biblical in proportions and way beyond ugly.
 
At one time we were the largest consumer of energy in the world but we were also the largest producer in the world.  That was one of those 1 + 1 = 2 matters but things have changed.  Our government refused to change along with the times and circumstances and then came up with one mirage after another to make America think the Ship of State was safe and in the hands of a good captain.  We are still the world’s largest energy consuming nation but we have slipped to second in production and will soon be third or fourth in production if not fifth.  What they have done now is the equivalent of coming up with new math like 1 – 1 = 7 and pretending that things are just great when they are not so.
 
I am stepping back to the last email as to how they establish the ways and means to extort people to control outcomes and then addressing the plan they came up with after 1973.  To make their plan a reality they had to engineer the outcomes they wanted and we are now seeing to what extent they went to get their way.  Regarding the last email, Wayne Madsen has been hitting this issue hard lately too.  http://www.waynemadsenreport.com/

October 9, 2006 -- On October 2, WMR was the first media outlet to report on the involvement of Arizona Republican Rep. Jim Kolbe, the only openly gay GOP congressmen, in the Pagegate matter. We reported that Kolbe was a member and chairman of the House Page Board at the time reports of ex-Florida GOP Rep. Mark Foley's inappropriate sexual conduct with underage male pages was known to the Republican House leadership. WMR reported:
"From 2000 to 2001, the Page Board Chair was Rep. Sue Kelly (R-NY) and members included Rep. Jim Kolbe (R-AZ) (inexplicably replaced as chairman by Kelly), Kildee, Trandahl, and Livingood. Crews was the program coordinator. From 1999 to 2000, the Chairman was Kolbe and members included Rep. Jo Ann Emerson (R-MO), Kildee, Transdahl, and Livingood. The coordinator was Crews. From 1998 (when the allegations first reportedly surfaced about Foley), the Chair was Tillie Fowler (R-FL) and members were Kildee, Kolbe, House Clerk Robin Carle, and Livingood. The page coordinator was Hugh Addington. Foley became a congressman in 1995."
The Washington Post is reporting today, rather belatedly, that Kolbe was aware of Foley's salacious e-mails with an underage page in 2000. One of Foley's Instant Messages sent in January 2002 to a page stated that Kolbe once invited four pages to use his Washington home while Kolbe was in Arizona.
WMR's State Department sources have also reported that the visits of Hastert and other congressional leaders and staff members to certain Southeast Asian nations and the Northern Marianas should come under the scrutiny of the House Ethics Committee, now officially investigating "Pagegate." The Northern Marianas became infamous in the scandals involving Tom DeLay and Jack Abramoff because of the presence in the US slave labor territory of Asian children being used as prostitutes. Conveniently, Foley co-chaired the House Caucus on Missing and Exploited Children, which would have had authority to investigate charges of child prostitution in the Northern Marianas.
October 7/8, 2006 -- The rumors about another top GOP member of the House being involved in sexual encounters with young "men for hire" are confirmed to WMR by well-placed sources in Washington's gay community. The member in question is House Speaker Dennis Hastert, whose "alternate" life style is the primary reason for him and his staff covering up the scandal involving ex-Florida GOP Rep. Mark Foley and his lewd messages sent to underage male congressional pages. Hastert's penchant to receive anal sex is well-known to our sources in DC's gay community. Additionally, Hastert's reported extremely small penis is the subject of many jokes among Washington's gay circles.
WMR has also learned that Republicans will soon mount an effort to discredit a senior House Democratic member with a sex scandal of a rather different nature. The member is aware of the plans and is circling the political wagons if the GOP launches their expected attack.

 
Genghis Khan had nothing but problems with them as did the British Empire.  Catherine the Great and all other Russian Tsars had no interest in the sand, dirt and rocks that are Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.  Even the Persian emperors knew not to head east for they would get their butts kicked in those mountains. If you have any Biblical training, the Valley of the Shadow of Death may well be in Afghanistan and history has suggested that over and over again. 
 
I watched as Russia became more and more bogged down, their losses escalating, and our CIA backing the Mahujadeen and Osama bin Laden.  I was curious about why the US would give a rat’s ass about the Afghans and a nation that is full of rocks and mountains unfit for a billy-goat.  I was also curious about why they set up training bases in Pakistan and armed and trained the Afghan fighters willing to hook horns with Russia.
 
Knowing our government as well as I do, I knew that there had to be some underlying motive for Russia to attack and our government to try and mount a resistance.  One of the lessons that many people and I learned about Vietnam was it had nothing to do with fighting the spread of communism.  There were bigger agendas like defense expenditures, development of new weapons and using that as a proving ground, and proving to smaller nations that we were willing to stand up to Russia therefore we could crush them at will, etc.
 
Now, with that said, one of the email update members sent this to me recently and it fits into a bigger puzzle I will elaborate on below.
 
Most of you probably recognize the name Zbignew Brezinski as the author of The Grand Chessboard.  That is the book that signaled what the Caspian Basin is all about and why the US had to get control of it.  Many of you may remember that he was a National Security Advisor but not which administration.  Read on.

It might interest you that Zbigniew Brzezinski said on July 3, 1979, that unknown to the public and Congress that President Carter secretly authorized $500 million to create an international terrorist movement that would spread Islamic fundamentalism in Central Asia to destabilize the Soviet Union.  This was called 'Operation Cyclone', which fostered Osama bin Laden and eventually cost $4 billion.  The funds created Islamic training schools in Pakistan.  Some were sent to the CIA's training camp in Virginia where the al Qaeda of tomorrow learned their skills.  Some were recruited in the U.S..  In Pakistan they were directed by MI6 and trained by the SAS.  The winners in this 28-year odyssey are western politicians and transnational elitist corporations.
 
The truth of these efforts and history are unknown to the American public.  Even if fully-explained, half of our fellow countrymen wouldn't believe it.  Operations such as 'Operation Cyclone' have been operating for years.  A good example of this is the 'School of the Americas' at Fort Benning, GA whose graduates committed some of the worst atrocities in the region's history.  This is not Democracy.
 
This is just a crude form of exploitation so that Zionists can continue to rule our lives.  We have mentioned a number of times that the Bush family was involved with others in financing of Adolph Hitler.  George W. Bush's grandfather was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from being a financial backer of National Socialism, which is the marriage of corporate and government interests.  In 1942 his company's assets were seized under the Trading with the Enemy Act, and that has led to a civil action for damages being brought against the Bush family by two former slave laborers at Auschwitz.  The evidence has also prompted one former US Nazi war crimes prosecutor to argue that the late senator's action should have been grounds for prosecution for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
 
New documents declassified last year, show that even after America had entered the war and when there was already significant information about the Nazi's plans and policies, he worked for and profited from companies closely involved with German businesses that financed Hitler's rise to power.  These profits helped establish the Bush family fortune and set up its political dynasty.

I trust that you can appreciate that DNC does not want America to know that Iran is a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and even Jimmy Carter was blocking them and others on developing nuclear energy.  That came out many years ago in a Playboy interview with one of the US top nuclear physicists, Edward Teller.

As a signatory to that anti-WMD treaty Iran has the unilateral right to develop nuclear energy.  Note that the interview with Teller was August 1979, about the same time Jimmy Carter was creating Al Qaeda.  Nothing is as it seems.

PLAYBOY: Considering the reservations many people have about it, don't we have a right to be informed about what nuclear power can provide that we don't already have?
TELLER: Today, nuclear power can produce electricity wherever it is needed in large quantities. For any country that has a good electrical-distribution net, it is the cheapest, cleanest, safest source. For the horridly huge cities, the slums of the Third World--Cairo, Mexico City, Bombay, Calcutta, Djakarta, where you have 10 million people living in a crowded area--nuclear power could be used to great advantage without adding pollution. By trying to dominate world energy supplies the US is attempting to slow down the decline of America and at the same time regulate and control the growth of other economies.  They have yet to admit, and will not admit, that their Grand Strategy of resting on their laurels and sustaining the US lead in technology and intellectual property was an elitist view destined to fail.  It was an idiotic policy that is now being played out to its most absurd degree.  They will not change course or policy for that is an admission that they were dead wrong all along.
 
I trust that you can appreciate that DNC does not want America to know that Clinton and Gore continued the charade Jimmy Carter started, and George H W Bush played it out as war against Iraq and plans for war [Operation Steppe Shield] on the Caspian Basin area.
 
I trust that you can appreciate that RNC does not want America to know that Reagan, George H W Bush and George W. Bush have pursued policies that did not have to be that way.  The RNC does not want Americans to know that the Contract with America was also a war plan to build an American Empire and family values be damned since there were so many trillions of dollars at stake for just the right insiders. 
 
To make it all happen they had to get control of the House and Senate and wait for the right time to strike.  There has been much happen since 1994 and much of it targeted at taking over the Caspian Basin.
 
That was so juicy the DNC Communists defected and went to be Neocons over at the RNC.  The war party and profteering was about to start and they did not want to miss it.  They have always been behind completely idiotic plans and were more than willing to back this one too. 
 
Some of those newspaper articles that I found many years ago [that are no longer available on the Internet] described how the CIA had intentionally or out of gross incompetence fed Osama bin Laden and the Mahujadeen bad intelligence on Russian positions and deployment.  An attack was planned and off rode the Light Brigade of the Mahujadeen into a literal slaughter.  One of the newspaper articles told of up to 3,800 Mahujadeen “freedom fighters” that were killed in that one battle.
 
Other articles talked of such being an attempt to get rid of Osama bin Laden and addressed accusations as to how the purportedly world’s best intelligence group (CIA) could make such a horrible mistake. 
 
I thought it odd that not long before 9-11 those articles were no longer available.
 
I am not aware of any legitimate threat or declaration of war Osama bin Laden made against America, but I am aware that Afghan war lord Gulbuddin Hekmatyar would like to see all Americans burn in Hell.  He hates the United States with a passion and has declared war on Americans.

He confines his area of activity to Afghanistan and is no threat to us over here.
 
Several accounts indicate that Mr. Hekmatyar was involved in that battle that cost around 3,800 lives.  Note in that link the mention of General Rashid Dostum.  I have reported before that apparently he received a large sum of cash right after 9-11, delivered by UNMIK security people on a flight out of Kosovo.  He had also signed a contract with Bridas Corporation and later reneged under pressure from the United States.  That was just before we attacked the Taliban and used 9-11 as the excuse to do so.

I remember around 1995 reading those articles and wondering then if there had been a set up to get rid of the Mahujadeen and Osama bin Laden.  That actually would not be the sleaziest thing our CIA and US government have ever done.  President Carter created the movement and financed it in 1979.  Maybe they had outlived their usefulness to the New World Order.  I remember vividly George H W Bush urging the Iraqi Shiites to rise up for “Iraqi Freedom” and turning his back as many were killed in suppressing the uprising.  
 
I can think of many acts that sink even lower than that.  Most Americans have never heard of Operation Gladio, a post World War II effort to take out Nazi stay behinds at the end of WWII and insert in their place CIA stay behinds.  That was purportedly to resist the spread of communism in Europe but some had other ideas and other agendas.  That operation stayed active until about 10 years ago to the best of my knowledge and may still be active in one form or another.
 
We have the nosiest government on the face of this planet and think everything is their business.  Their pretense about individual liberty, freedom, privacy, etc is just that, a pretense.  They think they have the right to know everything about everybody on the face of this planet.  Just in the past several months they have been beating on Europe so they can get full access to all bank accounts in European banks, under the pretense of fighting terrorism.  What they really want is to know everything about Europe so they can head off the competitive threat the EU now represents to American hegemony.  
 
In 1992 my former wife and I were sitting in the Army – Navy Club in Washington, DC with a former Marine officer and former Special Forces officer.  The topic of discussion at the table next to us was about Operation Steppe Shield, which I learned had been planned and then shelved under the George H W Bush Administration in 1989.  It was a plan to take over the Caspian Basin area due to oil and gas.  Certain factions in DC and within the George H W Bush Administration felt that the USSR was about to collapse and that would open the door to taking the Caspian Basin oil and gas with a lightning fast military coup.  Another “Shield” dreamed up by those folks that think war and commercial oil deals have to go together. 
 
That was 10 years after Carter authorized the creation of Al Qaeda and Islamic Fundamentalism to destabilize the very USSR states that GHWB was after and were the targets of Operation Steppe Shield.
 
George H W Bush was just several months away from defeat at the hands of Bill Clinton.  My gut says that had Bush won in 1992 – 9-11 would have happened way back then rather than in 2001.  There were so many trillions in oil and gas just waiting to be taken over by greedy US interests.
 
All they did for 2001 was repackage Operation Steppe Shield and change the strike points for the bombers and cruise missiles. 
 
It immediately clicked into my mind that oil and gas and having a pipeline to the ocean that was not subject to the Russian winters might have been what Russia was after.  That was of course before the USSR collapsed and many of the satellite states spun off as separate nations again.  They might also have attacked because Carter and the CIA were trying to stir up a hornet’s nest of Islamic Fundamentalism in the Caspian Basin area.  Are you following this thus far?
 
That canceled GHWB “shield” was 10 years later after Jimmy Carter started “Islamic Fundamentalism” as a means for destabilizing the USSR within that exact same Caspian Basin area and some were still chasing after the oil and gas in that region so the US oil companies could control it.  Once we stirred up the hornets nest, it is not hard to imagine or envision why our hand picked Shah of Iran was toppled and peoples of that region were drawing the line in the sand due to US policies and actions.  We were pissing on the feet of some of those folks and telling them to relax - it was just raining.  Simple fact is they did not buy it folks.
 
It was also just as likely that US interests would do anything to keep that from happening [Russia getting that pipeline to the ocean], including backing Osama bin Laden, creating Al Qaeda, and even creating 9-11 as a justification to attack and take over what they had tried for over 20 years to take over and could not get control of in any way. 
 
Our major oil companies had invested billions in the Caspian Basin area in the late 1990s and did not have a way to get the oil and gas out.  It might take two years on the witness stand to get the truth out of Condoleezza Rice, rather than endless equivocations, but she was sitting on the board of Chevron while they are trying to figure out how they were going to get that landlocked oil and gas out and to the world markets.  If she missed those discussions in those board meetings she just stays asleep all the time, even when her eyes are wide open.  I have suspected for a long time regarding her that the lights are on but no one is at home.
 
Following the collapse of the USSR in 1991-1992, US interests were not welcome in Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, etc.  Our cute little ploy in creating Al Qaeda was backfiring in our face over there.  Companies from Argentina and Venezuela were welcome and got a head start that was years ahead of US oil companies.
 
We had those precious little pet policies and we had all sorts of plans, but the people of that area of the world were not buying it. 
 
I have learned over the years that most people resent or reject interference from outsiders because they always come with an agenda that is not compatible with what the local people want.  Those folks in that part of the world wanted freedom and economic prosperity after years of living under communism, not trading one master Russia for another master United States. 
 
Then in 1999 I met a company I had never heard of named Bridas Corporation.  We were looking for oil and gas pipeline companies that had abandoned pipelines through which we could run fiber optic cables very easily and cheaply.  They told me about a huge lawsuit they had filed in the Southern District of Texas, US District Court, naming Unocal, Turkmenistan and others in a $15 billion interference of contract lawsuit.  That conversation was how I learned that Bridas Corporation had signed contracts with the Uzbek that controls the Northern third of Afghanistan, General Rashid Dostum and a second contract with the Taliban.
 
Amerada Hess (Thomas Kean, 9-11 Chairman) and their partner Saudi controlled Delta Petroleum reportedly offered the Taliban $100 million a year for the pipeline rights and the Taliban did not budge.  Evidently Amerada Hess figured out that they needed Arab or Islamic faces to handle discussions with people that were leery of the United States intentions after Carter created Al Qaeda.  They still did not trust the United States and still have bad memories about what happened in the Russia – Afghanistan War. 
 
I thought it odd at the time that a lawsuit by an Argentina based oil and gas company against the Turkmenistan government was filed in a US district court.  Over time I figured out that it was not odd, no more than Yukos Oil filing for bankruptcy in Houston, Texas so US insiders could try to take over more Russian oil.  One of the things I have learned about our courts is one can either use them to seek justice or they can use them to make rule of law a complete travesty.  Based on what I know, I think Bridas Corporation decided to make a record in our courts and sooner or later maybe Americans would wake up. 
 
After 9-11 when Bush wanted $43 billion to fight a Global War on Terror that does not even exist, and if it does we created it and started it, I could see the truth clearly when $5 billion of that initial $43 billion was for a brand new CIA division targeted at Argentina.  Only those in a coma or those that cannot read fail to know that our belligerence towards Venezuela is fabricated to achieve the same type of sleazy end for somebody that is pushing that agenda.
 
Many of you will recall that on or about August 2, 2001 Bush renewed discussions with the Taliban, on August 6 he and Condoleezza Rice blew off the terror threat memo, and on 9-11 a group created under the Carter Administration supposedly attacked the US.  Nothing is as it seems.  In April of 2001, Bush, Rice and Powell dismissed Osama bin Laden and did not even mention him in the annual terror report of the US Department of State.  To this day, the FBI website does not seek him for 9-11 and the murder of 3,000 Americans and foreigners on our soil.  
 
I have seen many hyperventilating stories about how Unocal was behind all of this in Afghanistan, but those stories all miss a simple fact.  In 1989, during the GHWB Administration Unocal was acquired by the Venezuelan state owned Petroleos and was even approved by CFIUS under that Bush Administration.  I thought it odd at the time that as aggressively as the US was chasing everyone’s oil and gas that they would approve the sale of a US oil company to Venezuela.  Something about that did not smell right at the time.
 
Looking back on it now, I think certain people in the GHWB administration were using Venezuela to get into certain doors that were closed to the US government and US oil companies.  Unocal in the hands of Venezuela smells like a strategy if you know what I mean.  I am probably not far from being 100% on target that somewhere along the way the Unocal executives started collaborating with Clinton to the detriment of both Venezuela and Argentina based Bridas Corporation.
 
People like former Unocal executives Zalmay Kahlilzad (former GHWB National Security Advisor and GWB appointee as liaison to Afghanistan and Iraq] and Mr. Karzai, our hand picked leader of Afghanistan.  
 
If anything was in play, Argentina based Bridas Corporation and Venezuela owned Unocal were way ahead of US and UK oil firms in the Caspian Basin and the US factions went from blocking Russia to blocking Argentina and Venezuela, when the time was right and the influence peddlers were inside their gates in the Caspian Basin.  I hope you are connecting these dots and the chronology since 1979 when Carter was in office and created Al Qaeda as a weapon to use against the USSR, specifically to destabilize the Islamic areas of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
 
They still are, but look at it this way.  Al Qaeda was the means for the military takeover of the Caspian Basin due to 9-11.  They had to have a reason to attack that Americans would buy and support blindly.  They had to have a boogeyman and damn, it was one created by Jimmy Carter.  They had to figure out a way to take over The Grand Chessboard and block the PRC and Russia from getting control of it, or Argentina and Venezuela.  They could not let Venezuela and Argentina out do the US.  That just could not be allowed to stand.
 
Starting to look at these facts it is apparent to me that we worked hard to block Russia, destabilize Iran, take over the Caspian Basin after the USSR collapsed, and even worked during the Clinton Administration to block Bridas Corporation from taking over the area.  Bridas is not nearly as big as Unocal and Venezuela, so the presence of Unocal might have been more as a financial and political partner than outright competition to what Bridas had already put under contract.  They had sewed up oil and gas and the pipeline ROW to get it out to the ocean until our government started blocking the way.  They did that under the Clinton Gore Administration on the north end (Turkmenistan) and south end (Pakistan) and then zeroed in, literally, on the Taliban and Afghanistan.
 
The Bridas Corporation signed large oil and gas leases with Turkmenistan in 1992 and 1993 and then set about doing the pipelines to get that landlocked oil to the oceans and seas in the area.  That is why they won $500 million for interference of contract in our courts.  They had succeeded and US interests starting every act imaginable to undermine them from that strategic position.  That was of course during the Clinton – Gore Administration.  The Bridas lawsuit filed in Texas in 1997 was also during the Clinton – Gore Administration due to actions that happened during that administration.  Certainly the DNC does not want you to know that.  
 
Looking back, Clinton’s relations with Argentina and Venezuela were strained just like they have been under the current Bush Administration.  Yes, when one pisses on someone’s feet it does tend to strain relations.
 
When 9-11 happened, I was looking at it quite differently than most Americans because of information I had and the puzzle was getting closer to being crystal clear in my mind.  I could clearly see the war that was being waged, covertly and overtly, to get control of the Caspian Basin.  9-11 to me was not an act of Islamic terrorism against the US as much as it was a means to complete the task that Osama bin Laden had started all the way back to the Carter Administration.  In a way, 9-11 was the excuse to put Operation Steppe Shield into action and take it all.  Over the years they had narrowed it down to where the only remaining obstacle was taking over Afghanistan.
 
I know how easy it is for some to paint a false picture to try to mislead people.  Our government excels in it.  I have seen all too well that many people prefer to believe a lie than accept a simple or a harsh truth for what it is. 
 
Without pipelines across either Iran or Afghanistan the Caspian Basin is landlocked to the open oceans.  That is a simple fact of geography and topography.  The next shortest route is to the west – northwest to the Black Sea and is strategically vulnerable to both Russia and Iran.  Do the math, connect the dots.  Read a map.
 
This current flap over the former Russian state of Georgia and plans to put a Central Asian nation [Georgia] into NATO is part of a strategy to keep that Black Sea pipeline open so some of the Caspian Basin oil can get out that way.  Bridas Corporation did the smart thing – their pipeline now runs across the north part of Iran to the Black Sea and across Turkey to the Mediterranean.

They are also years ahead of the RNC, DNC, George Soros plan to run a pipeline across the Ukraine to try to dominate the oil and gas supply to Europe.  When you add in how fast LUKOil and Gazprom have expanded capacity and pipelines to Europe that is yet another Grand Chessboard move that we have been blocked out on due mainly to US policies and almost universal rejection of same by the world.  
 
Using simple commercial contracts and less arrogance than the US, Bridas has continued to outmaneuver the US and US oil companies.  At the same time Russia has become the world’s largest oil producer and both Russia and the PRC are moving rapidly and not bogged down like Bush has done to us.   However, long before Bush got into office this matter was already stuck in a ditch and Bush just has not been able to get it out of the ditch.  
 
The point is they do not want to get it out of the ditch on either side of the aisle.  They have a war plan to sell to America so US soldiers have to be coming home maimed or in flag draped coffins to make Americans think there is a real and legitimate war going on far away.  The simple truth is they do not want to change the status quo and they refuse to change.  Cui bono?  Them, certainly not US citizens.  Quid pro quo?  Big money and sleazy extortion to force this all into the wrong direction  
 
Our absence of strategic geniuses caused them to have to build a pipeline across the Caspian Sea and across Georgia to get to the Black Sea.  Evidently these yuppies and Neocons cannot even read a map.  It is now open and Russia is already rocking the boat.  Frankly, when you add all of this up I cannot say that I blame them.  They have plenty of reasons and many dead Russians due to what has happened since Carter created Al Qaeda.
 
People longing for freedom and opportunity – derailed by an American plan to create Al Qaeda and stir up Islamic Fundamentalism.  How stupid is that folks?  They are bona fide members of the Stuck-on-Stupid Club in Washington, DC.
 
We have had some in our past five presidential administrations pissing on the feet of The Bear.  What is amazing to me is how easy all of this would have been to joint venture, but for the arrogance and deceit of many in our government and those that want the policies and profits as they see fit. 
 
Now that I know that the Carter Administration created Al Qaeda as a means for destabilizing Russia and those Central Asian areas that are rich in oil and gas [Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan], the picture is much clearer to see.  In knowing that Argentina and Venezuela were years ahead of US oil firms in signing major oil and gas leases in the Caspian Basin, our post-9-11 CIA division just for Argentina [$5 billion approved by Bush and Congress] and our policies towards Venezuela are much easier to see and understand. 
 
Stop and think – who are the terrorists?  Who created this terrorist group to achieve a political means to an end and refused at the same time to change any policies that would open doors rather than slam them shut?
 
Osama bin Laden did not create Al Qaeda, we did.  Who is responsible for a long line of idiotic policies, asinine agendas, political blunders, strategic errors, fomenting of terrorism and many soldiers sent to die for a lie?  The United States government is the correct answer.
 
If that does not chap your ass America you need to pinch yourself to see if you are asleep or in a coma.
 
Al Qaeda was not formed to attack the US, or democracy or freedom, it was created as a covert means of working against Russia as part of a strategy to take over the Caspian Basin.  It dangled the carrot of freedom and democracy in front of the leaders of the Caspian Basin area, and then they learned that our objectives were no less distasteful than Russia. 
 
That 1979 action to create Al Qaeda might be one of several reasons that Russia invaded Afghanistan.  The Russian leadership might have decided to strike back and at the same time try to pave the way for a pipeline for oil and gas that was under their control up to about 1991-1992. 
 
The Russian – Afghan War was from 1979 – 1989.  That spanned the Carter, Reagan and GHWB administrations.  I trust you are connecting the dots in the chronology and the proximity to The Grand Chessboard.  Also factor in that during the period of time that World Renowned Oil on the Brain Man George H W Bush was Vice President of the United States and a recent CIA Director up to the point Carter was elected.  The cat is now out of the bag that George Schulz, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and many others, were already playing in The Grand Chessboard games.  In fact, to run with Bush in 2000 Dick Cheney had stepped down as CEO of Halliburton and had to resign from the Oil Advisory Board of the Kazakhstan government. 
 
Enron was there along with the law firm Mayer Brown, Rowe & Maw, so little wonder that Richard ben Veniste was tapped to sit on the 9-11 Commission in cover up mode.

If you dig one inch deeper, former Reagan and Bush appointees John Sununu and Nicholas Brady’s names pop up as being involved in the Caspian Basin oil and gas deals.  So does the law firm of Baker & Botts, and at this very time James A. Baker, III is working with the White House to see if Junior can come up with an Iraq Strategery. 
 
At this time Junior seems to be intent on attacking Iran and he cannot even get Afghanistan or Iraq under control.  He is out of control.
 
Some think that Bush plans to put our naval groups in the area and intentionally sink an air craft carrier to justify attacking Iran.

That frankly would not surprise me at all since I know in my heart that they have set all of this up since 1979 and have lied to America all day, every day.  What is the difference in murdering 3,000 on US soil or about that many in the Persian Gulf?  No difference is the correct answer. 
 
9-11 Commission member James Thompson, former Republican governor of Illinois, sits on the board of FMC and they have an oil and gas division moving products to the Caspian Basin.  The law firm he is with, Winston Strawn, lobbies for Bechtel and Parsons Brinkerhoff, both names you should recall from recent email updates.
 
9-11 Commission member Jamie Gorelick, a Clinton appointee to DoD general counsel, Fannie Mae board, also sits on the boards of United Technologies [defense contractor], and Schlumberger, an oil and gas services company making record profits in the Caspian Basin.
 
9-11 Commission member Richard ben Veniste, senior partner of Mayer Brown, Rowe & Maw law firm, is doing deal after deal in the Caspian Basin and representing governments there too.  It was his law firm that kept Bridas tied up in the US Courts all the time he was sitting on the 9-11 Commission.  Bridas won in the Fifth Circuit, US Court of Appeals on September 9, 2003 and the appeal filed by Mayer Brown on behalf of Turkmenistan was rejected by the US Supreme Court March 22, 2004.  Both dates long after the damage was done and we had taken over the Caspian Basin and the pipeline route through Afghanistan.
 
You can go down the entire roster of 9-11 Commission members and find reasons that each of them would look anywhere but the underlying motive of the Caspian Basin and trillions of dollars worth of oil and natural gas.  When you factor in the Carter and Clinton activities, none of the DNC members of that commission had any interest in the real truth.  When you look at what was done during the Reagan and both Bush administrations, none of those five had any interest in opening up the discussions for a full investigation either.
 
None of them wanted to dig into the fact that Jimmy Carter created Al Qaeda.
 
None of them wanted to dig into the fact that Al Qaeda was created by the US for a purpose and they are still trying to get that purpose done and under control.  As it has happened many times in history, those that base their actions on lies run into a quagmire.  You see, there is a right way and a wrong way to do anything and our government excels in doing things the wrong way every time.
 
Second major reason I am doing this email is to assure you that our government has no soul and no institutional memory.  They get something stuck in their head, rather than change policy they just keep the sleazy actions going until they get their way or at least they keep trying and they keep screwing up and they keep failing.  Bush, Rumsfeld, Schulz, et al convinced Reagan that we needed to take the Iraq oil out through a pipeline that Bechtel was promoting, the Aqaba Pipeline from Iraq to the Red Sea port of Aqaba, Jordan.  I wrote about this matter in One-Way Ticket to Crawford, Texas and NY Times reporter Bob Herbert did too in April 2003:

They have been scheming on the Iraq oil since about 1982 or 1983.  From the facts I present here, seems they have been scheming on the Caspian Basin since the Carter Administration. 
 
As far as I can see, the only reason Iran is intent on arming themselves is the endless belligerence of the US and Israel towards Iran since the Carter Administration in the late 1970s.  The PRC, Russia and India all seem to get along with Iran just fine.  We have not tried that approach yet. 
 
That is why from one presidential administration to the next, nothing changes but appearances.  They are still after the same idiotic plans and if they cannot get their way one way they change and go at the same objective another way.  They just change the administration and the name of the covert operation and keep right on doing what could be done in other ways in most instances.
 
Why do we have scumbags like Hastert, Foley, Frist, DeLay, Ney, Cunningham, et al in power?  Because we have scumbag policies and the only way to get the seal of approval from Congress is to again and again have a Congress that is completely corrupted to go along with the completely corrupted presidential administrations and the insane policies.
 
That is why they cannot explain what they are doing without babbling and sounding like idiots that are out of touch with reality.  They are and to keep the insanity in play and give them the luxury of not facing anything, they blackmail behind the scenes to achieve the desired outcomes.  
 
It is a system folks, of sleaze aiding and abetting sleaze and the only way they can pull it off from president to president and from congress to congress is to have completely corrupted, compromised or corruptible people.
 
Get the picture?
 
What is amazing is they dismiss any thought of joint venturing with others.  They dismiss any thought of working with instead of against people who have what they want.
 
The question is – do we want it or need it?  Yes, sometimes, but not how they are doing it. 
 
These idiots in Washington, DC would wage another 20 wars before they would grow a set of balls and develop an energy policy that is sane. 
 
How is that Congress after Congress keeps supporting the same idiotic ideas and not exploring better ways to get things done?
 
The perfect example is playing out in front of you right now as the Hastert and Foley pedophile flap.  They compromise and they twist people into bad situations and then blackmail and extort the Hell out of them to get their way.  They keep repeating history and failing because someone is after something in the wrong way but will not cease and desist.  They hand pick people that are corrupted before they even get to Washington, DC or they make every effort to corrupt them after they get there.
 
They do not want any Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts that have a conscience and would tell the world about what really goes on behind the scenes in Washington, DC.  They cannot allow that to happen for it would make them stop their idiotic plans and do it the old fashioned commercial business way.  They might have to, God forbid, share it with someone else or lose out to someone with a better plan or a better idea or a better offer on the table. 
 
They do not like competitive threats for then they would have to get off their lazy asses and work to earn their pay.
 
They would have to go back and re-write history and expose it all for the world to see.  Guess what?  The world already knows.  The last damned people on the face of this planet that will “get it” are Americans that incredibly keep believing the lies over the truth. 
 
It is not that power corrupts.  It is the system that is intentionally corrupt to do nothing but pursue corrupt ends through corrupt policies and making sure they have wall-to-wall corrupt people to get it done.
 
That is why Americans look at DC and want to puke.  They inherently know it yet will not get off their asses to do anything about it.  We have devolved into a nation that even thinks being a citizen is a spectator sport. 
 
What infuriates me as an American is how many of our soldiers they have sent off to die for a lie and how many innocent people have been killed due to the sheer corruption of our government.  How many families have been crushed by these frauds that pretend to stand for Family Values?
 
Third, I am convinced that they made two major moves to tie off loose ends.  We have not captured bin Laden (before he probably died) because this is one of those secrets that they do not want the world to know.  They do not want the world to know that we, the United States of America, created Al Qaeda during the Carter Administration as part of the strategy to destabilize Russia and to take over the Caspian Basin.  I can see the fingerprints of George H W Bush all over that.  I can see him salivating at the mere thought of all of that oil and natural gas and mumbling stay the course regardless of the cost.  I can see Baker & Botts behind the scenes just salivating at how many hours they will bill for legal services for their oil industry clients in the Caspian Basin.  
 
Also, we had to shut Saddam Hussein up.  Just follow those dots and the chronology.  From Carter, to Reagan – Bush, to Bush – Operation Steppe Shield and Desert Shield – Desert Storm, to Clinton – Gore blocking both Bridas and Venezuela owned Unocal, to George Bush and 9-11.  That folks is a circle that starts and finishes on a single objective, the Caspian Basin.  Saddam Hussein knew exactly why we were helping him against Iran and the odds are that he also knew why we were after the Caspian Basin and how that was being done.
 
Remember the Iraq poll that I reported on in the past;  82% of Iraqis wanted Saddam Hussein tried but they also wanted his US buddies on trial too in their courts. 
 
Remember that Saddam Hussein did not like Osama bin Laden and was no fan of Al Qaeda.  That truth came out in spite of George Bush lies.  Maybe that is because Saddam Hussein knew all along who created Al Qaeda and it was not Osama bin Laden.  Maybe over the years Saddam Hussein figured out that doing business with the US government is like having a free roaming pet cobra in your house.  Sooner or later one will be bit by the cobra. 
 
The problem with Iraq was Saddam knew too much.  The problem with Afghanistan was the Taliban and Mahujadeen knew too much.  The problem with Osama bin Laden is he knows too much.  The problem with Iran is they know too much. 
 
In the book I wrote I made an off hand remark at the time that what we are watching play out is a really lousy remake of The Pelican Brief and Three Days of the Condor all jumbled together, with bad directing and even worse acting.  The script is lame, intolerable and insulting to even a toad.  I wrote that over three years ago and am now even more convinced that is exactly what we are watching.
 
How could these people in DC thump their chests and act so arrogant and proud?  They think they did us all a favor by getting the oil and gas for us.  The thought never occurred to them that maybe, just maybe, Americans have higher expectations that our government and our corporations operate on a higher plane of morality and ethics.  Maybe Americans have no tolerance for bogus wars to line someone’s pockets and the expense of the lives of US soldiers.
 
Maybe Americans do not want blood soaked oil whether that blood is American or some resident of a far off land. 
 
Maybe when they act that way We the People have no desire to spread that form of freedom and democracy that is really just tyranny by another name.  If the only way our leaders can spread democracy is based on lies, what is that really worth?
