For Weight Loss or Gain: Our individualized weight-training programs allow you to attain the weight loss or gain that you want for health.
For Feeling Good and Reducing Stress: Aerobic and anaerobic weight-training produce endorphins and chemicals in the brain, which results in feelings of well being and calmness that last for hours after training.
For your Specific Sport: Weight training can help other sports if there is a transfer of power and endurance necessary to the movements that are done in the sport. With our educational backgrounds in exercise physiology and our practical experience in weight-training different sports teams all over the world, we know how to do this most effectively.
For Senior Citizens: These exercises are designed to take into account your specific needs and present state of health. We can work closely with your doctor.
For Increased Bone Density: With our weight-training programs you can greatly reduce bone loss. The degree of success depends on eating habits and genetic factors. Very important for older people.
For Rehabilitation: We have had extensive, positive results in these areas and can work closely with your doctor.
For Pregnant Women: We offer supervised weight-training programs for pregnant women to increase stamina and improve flexibility and strength. We will work closely with your doctor.
For the Sport of Olympic-Style Weightlifting: Carl Miller, former US National, Olympic & World Weightlifting Coach, and Shane Miller, Director of Coaching, can take a beginner and coach him/her all the way to the Olympic level, or just to have fun.
