As the Official Car Rental for the 1999 GLTA Tour, AVIS is providing
special group rates for each of the GLTA-sponsored tennis
tournaments. For those wanting to rent an AVIS car, you (or your
travel agent) can reserve an AVIS car at the same time you make
your American Airlines travel reservation. If, however, you do not
travel on American Airlines, you can still reserve an AVIS car by
calling 1.800.331.1212 and mentioning AVIS AWD number T237599 so
you can qualify for the lowest AVIS car rental rate. By using this 800
number and the AVIS AWD number, GLTA-sponsored tournaments can
qualify to receive a free car rental for every 20 paid reservations. So,
both the GLTA-sponsored tennis tournament and your players will
benefit from this sponsorship. The rates quoted will be for the
Intermediate size car; however, you can still qualify for a
sub-compact or compact car with a great rate.

American Airlines is the Official Airline of the GLTA. As the Official
Airline of the GLTA, American Airlines will allow any player or their
guest to fly to any GLTA-sponsored tournament on American Airlines
at a discount rate. The discount fare will be 5% off any American
discounted airfare rate and 10% off any American standard airfare
rate. 

To qualify for the discount fare, you (or your travel agent) must call
American Airlines at 1.800.433.1790 and mention star file S9754. You
will have to tell them the date and destination of your travel. After
several questions from American Airlines, they will price your fare at
the discounted rate. In addition, when you make your reservation
with American, you can also reserve an AVIS car, all with one phone
call. By flying American Airlines, the GLTA-sponsored tournaments
may qualify to receive a free round-trip coach airline ticket for every
twenty (20) paid airline reservations. So, both the GLTA-sponsored
tennis tournaments and your players will benefit from the American
Airlines agreement. 

American Airlines is also a partner with Canadian Air. For our Canadian
players, the discounted rate on full economy fare will be 35%. To
