If you fart consistently for 6 years and 9 months, you'd produce enough gas is produced to create the energy of an atomic bomb. obviously farts are much more powerful than yelling... but who's gonna collect all this energy and where we gonna keep it?... The human heart creates enough pressure when it pumps out to the body to squirt blood 30 feet. a built in super-pumper... scary, huh?... Banging your head against a wall uses 150 calories an hour. oh please don't let this information get around, the Bang Your Head Diet will be the next best seller... people tend to lose a lot of weight in comas as well... Humans, dolphins and Bonobo Chimpanzees are the only species that have sex for pleasure. I'd wonder just how we know this, but the answer might scare me... On average people fear spiders more than they do death. there's a spider behind that door and a gun that will blow your head off through the other door, which door will you go through?... The strongest muscle in the body is the TONGUE. this bit of information might be the secret only women know for sure... I wonder how long a person could stand on their tongue... It's impossible to sneeze with your eyes open. I used to believe this and feared sneezing while driving... then I found out I could keep my eyes open while sneezing... at least I thought I could... I didn't hit anything... You can't kill yourself by holding your breath. no, but you can rent yourself as a Christmas ornament... Americans on the average eat 18 acres of pizza every day. I wonder hour many slices are in an 18 acre tray?... Every time you lick a stamp, you're consuming 1/10 of a calorie. the stamp doesn't have a chance, given the strength of the tongue and all... Did you know that you are more likely to be killed by a champagne cork than by a poisonous spider? but of course people are more afraid of spiders, right?... I think wars should be fought by spiders with champagne corks... Right-handed people live, on average, nine years longer than left-handed people do. I'd switch hands fast if I was a lefty... In ancient Egypt, Priests plucked EVERY hair from their bodies, including their eyebrows and eyelashes. ouch... A pig's orgasm lasts for 30 minutes. I've known some woman who last longer than that and I wouldn't call them pigs... oh, they meant real pigs... someone watched and measured for 30 minutes?... A crocodile cannot stick its tongue out. so how strong is a crocodile's tongue?... The ant can lift 50 times its own weight, can pull 30 times its own weight and always falls over on its right side when intoxicated. I have an old poster of ants that found a burning roach and they fall over backwards when stoned... Polar bears are left handed. so do they live 9 years shorter than your average bear?... The catfish has over 27,000 taste buds, that makes the catfish rank #1 for animal having the most taste buds. evolution is amazing, but what purpose could catfish have with so many taste buds?... unless it's for evolutionary future plans... The flea can jump 350 times its body length, that is like a human jumping the length of a football field. well, actually... a human is almost 2 yards and a football field is a hundred yards, so the ratio is more like 7 football fields... or at least six, considering wind variations... A cockroach will live nine days without it's head, before it starves to death. and people are more afraid of spiders?... The male praying mantis cannot copulate while its head is attached to its body. so when cursing someone, instead of telling someone to go to hell, tell them to come back as a male praying mantis... The female initiates sex by ripping the males head off. some human females must have been praying mantises in a previous life... then again, some human males might have been praying mantises as well... Some lions mate over 50 times a day. king of beasts indeed... no wonder the females choose to hunt... Butterflies taste with their feet. no wonder why they so rarely wear sneakers... Elephants are the only animals that can't jump. (thankfully) I suppose falling off a circus platform doesn't count?... A cat's urine glows under a backlight. and it stinks under any light if left in the litter box too long, but I guess a black light would make it look prettier An ostrich's eye is bigger than it's brain. I wonder how big the eyes of the guy who made this list were...
