I went in with a positive perspective, excited about using the new scripts and training I got last week and had a great Monday... interviewed five people and all five were good candidates and all wanted the job... one simply did not have the funds to invest, but the other four I offered the position to signed up and put down their deposit...
little did I know there was a meeting which I was doing so well and management looked over last weeks performance stats (and apparently that's all they looked over) and on my way out the door I was told not to come back the next day... real nice...
so much for the BS about wanting to use my skills and experience... and so much for the BS about giving someone time to use the training the provide... their loss and they'll probably never know how big a loss it is as long as they keep their heads buried in statistics and run the business like they are selling something rather than hiring people for a new business...
so I pick myself up, dust myself off, and start all over again... again... back to full time as a job searcher... I probably should not consider sales jobs that try to pass themselves off as recruiter jobs or interviews... so if you're out there and you care, please pass along my RESUME to anywhere that might be hiring... an honest ethical company with good management would be nice...
