just about finished up with those newsgroup posts... a few dozen pages will probably find their way into Newsbee's Universe when I get to them... there's still thousands of previous posts to sort through... eventually
today we went to the semi-annual Microsoft Extreme Event and I met a few more of the Central Florida Computer Society officers and members... seems I am going to be part of their organization (no accounting for taste, huh?)...
and the card game scheduled for tonight never came off as the people Ben was going to contact were never contacted... guess his heart wasn't in it... I've got a feeling not much is going to happen around here anymore, there's just too much tension and opposition to any sort of friendliness or socializing now... sad, but that's life.. yeah, that's life... ironic, huh?... and that's why I'm looking for more friends (and a new place to live)...
