but of course everyone must teach themselves for learning is an internal process... I'd just like to help wherever possible... and as I wandered back to newsgroupland again the last couple of days I realized that's the biggest draw... sometimes I think it's me seeking an audience, but more than ego food it's me seeking to help... heart wins again (yay!... child giggles) J
and I've received great feedback (serious hug of thanks) it does help my own self-confidence in my skills... team building is a vital aspect of management and I haven't been using the skills in a professional setting for a while... Id like to think I'm still good at it... the primary aspect of my longest running profession was assessing individual needs and skills and developing a plan to develop and enhance those skills and fulfill those needs... it is more challenging to do with only text to read... it is something I love to do, to bring people together with the aim and hope they will mesh and grow to nurture and help each other...
sometimes I may get it right J
and while I still dream my deepest dreams, that I'll find a partner for this life I choose, it feels wonderful to remind myself I can do it without a partner...
