A Journal of Sorts
"First,
erase your name,
unravel your years,
destroy your surroundings,
uproot what you seem,
and who remains standing?
Then,
rewrite your name,
restore your age,
rebuild your house,
pursue your path,
and then,
endlessly,
start over, all over again.

type... type... type... phew...

catching up on what's now more than two months of writings and life (luckily, not much life)... and transferring my website from the GO network over to the new servers (ATT and Crosswinds) has been the primary focus (between movies) of the last week... I'm getting there... of course by the time you read this, I'll probably be caught up for the moment... and then... who knows LOL J

I insured the car today so I can now drive it legally... convenient to be able to do it all, including payment, over the phone... and the damage of the NY State ticket wasn't to bad... next step is transfer the registration down here and I'll do that when I get the insurance card in the mail... and getting a grown up computer is now a necessity if I want to keep receiving email and downloading stuff... and a chair would be nice (says my sore body)...

today's films included Runaway Bride and Mystery Men, both first time viewing for me... both pretty predictable... Gere and Roberts are good together and the sentiment was ok, but the writing could have been better... I'd give Knotting Hill the nudge between the two romantic comedies... on the other hand, Jeanine Garafolo is a favorite for her lovable attitude and serious eyes... I absolutely love her smile... well, that's where I was today... how about you? J
