A Journal of Sorts
"listen as the wind blows
from across the great divide
voices trapped in yearning
memories drapped in time
the night is my companion
solitude my guide
I would spend forever here
 and not be satisfied"

~ Sarah McLaghlan ~

well, life around here is peaceful these days... not doing much cuz Ben is up in Indiana for his birthday... it's more comfortable with the carpet and definitely much much cleaner... less privacy all around, but sharing a bathroom with one is much better than sharing with a dozen rather messy guys... I've been hanging online and around the house mostly except for some dinners out... I haven't even picked up a bed or chair yet... I've got a couple of bedrolls for the floor which are comfortable and work fine for me... it's this hard chair that need replacing first... and then, a desk if I am gonna get a grown up computer... that'll be needed very soon as this little laptop is reaching it's memory limits...

and of course spending most of my writing time in the newsgroups and mailing lists and catching up on movies distracts me from the deeper digging or even from the songs my subconscious helps pick to open these journal entries (nothing like teasing one's own valient efforts at denial or avoidance, huh?)... it would have been great if I dove deeper, but not having the privacy to do that allows for serious rest and vege time, also a necessary part of healing (I can justify just about anything, aye?)... alas, I'm still waiting for the one...

shhhh... I don't know I know what I know today ;)
