Presentation Requirements

Before you begin to research your climate and location, it might be helpful to begin with the end in mind. In other words, you need to know what you will be expected to present after you complete your research. Your project may take any one of the following forms:
  • Poster or 3-sided display
  • PowerPoint or other multimedia presentation
  • Scrapbook
  • Travel brochure
  • Commercial or skit
  • Other (as long as it's approved by your teacher)

Your project will need to contain specific elements. Since your purpose will be to research the weather and make travel recommendations, your project will need to contain the following information:
  • The name of the location and it's climate zone
  • A physical description of the location including pictures or illustrations
  • Charts of the precipitation and temperature for your location
  • Information about what a visitor might like to do there
  • A recommendation of the best time of year to visit that climate
