STEPHEN TREADWELL BAKER, looking for clues on this..Family came to this country abt 1790..Father was Richard and married to Sarah Leive, they had five sons. Sarah died in 1823, and it is possible that the sons became wards of the state even though the father remarried. Family stories say he was bound out(Stephen Baker, a son at about age 12). This unusual that we have two completely different Treadwell lines staying in the same areas most of their lives. Richard lines above, do not tie into the 1635 Ma. Treadwell lines, but may show up in our UK database someday..
