World class Ethopians and Kenyans coming to the Ras

These athletes athletes have all consistently run in the 13:30's for
5000M last year. These athletes were the top juniors in the world in 
2000 and are now joining the senior ranks. It was only 2 years ago that
Millon Wolde was such an athlete when he ran the Ras. Millon went on 
to win the Gold Medal in Sydney at 5000M.

in the 10.000m. He was born on 12-12-1980 and his personal bests are:
13.36.58 on the 5000m. He only ran 10.000m in Ethiopia and times
are not comparable (altitude) there.
