Obesity is no longer a separate listing.  It is considered an impairment that can result in the complication of other health impairments that can constitute or equal a listing.  References exist in the Musculoskeletal, Cardiovascular and Respiratory listings.  More importantly, Social Security released a Ruling (SSR 02-1p) that serves as an overall guide to the evaluation of the impairments of claimants who have a variety of impairments that include obesity.
