Our school is located in Fairfax County, Virginia, just west of Washington, DC.
The Bulldog team competes in Virginia's strongest AAA swimming Region and has distinguished itself with District, Regional and State Champions.

The week beginning Monday, November 23 through the time leading up to the first meet will be a very busy and important period. It is essential that all prospective team members follow the schedule and instructions below.
.- Monday, 11/23
2:05PM: All swimmers and divers report to the equipment cage behind the gym to receive the apparel that you will need to wear on Picture Day, which is November 30. Click here for the Apparel Checkout/ Receipt Form that must be signed by the swimmer and parent after receipt of the equipment, and returned to the Coach.Swimmers and divers have already received an Apparel Order Form that is due no later than Monday, 11/23 along with payment. The swimsuit, team T-shirt and swim cap (if needed), are the only items that each member must order. All other items are optional purchases.
Seniors, be sure to order your swimsuit from the line that says, "Seniors", so that you get a paw print on your swimsuit!2:45PM: Last day of try-outs, with all swimmers and divers on deck at Cub Run, dressed out with water bottles, ready to practice. There will be a sizing kit at the pool, so that anyone can try on a swimsuit to check that they ordered the right size.

2:30PM: Regular practice.
.- Wednesday, 11/25
12:30PM: School releases 2 hrs early, practice starts 12:30 at Cub Run.
- Monday, 11/30
2:05PM: Team pictures in the gym. All swimmers and divers must be dressed in the black and gold warm-ups.
.- Tuesday, 12/01
7:00PM: Meet the Coach Night in the auditorium. This meeting is for all parents. We will break out into a swim meeting following the group meeting. It is imperative that all parents attend for info regarding the season and volunteer sign-ups for various duties.

2:30PM: Regular practice.
- Thurday, 12/03
2:30PM: Practice and first Team Dinner.
