These Series 17A Finest Ceramic Rounds, made with special Red Sable hair, are especially designed for ceramists who prefer a firm sharp point. They are hand-crafted to provide an exceptionally strong point that is resilient, plus a generous body for holding sufficient liquid to keep the ceramic powder moist. These are ideal characteristics for sculpturing teeth by ceramic buildup and layering. The wide range of sizes includes 0 and 000 for staining, 1 through 4 for small-brush buildup techniques, and 5 through 8 for big-brush buildup techniques.

Our Series 1 Finest Kolinsky Rounds, slightly softer, are the more traditional brushes for ceramic use. A real Kolinsky brush will always snap back to a fine point!

The Series 7 Finest Designer Rounds, preferred by some ceramists for their extra capacity, are similar to the Series 1 rounds but have longer hair.
