Board Meetings. The Brooke Manor Estates Board of Directors meet at 7:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of every month at the Buffington REMAX Building, Community Room, Olney-Sandy Spring Road, Olney, Maryland. All homeowners are welcome to attend the meetings. There is an allotted time during each meeting when homeowners can address the Board with any questions and/or concerns.

Bulk Trash Pick-Up
We are moving to a consistent date for our spring and fall Bulk Trash Pick-Ups. From now on, they will be the first Wednesday in June and October. You may start placing your items at the curb Tuesday evening after the regular trash collection and have all items out by 9:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. The following items will NOT be collected as they are considered to be hazardous waste materials or recyclables: Paint and paint thinners, kerosene and/or gasoline, used oil, brake fluid, and antifreeze, care batteries, car tires, insecticides, air conditioning refrigerants, loads of cardboard, sleeper sofas, appliances, and construction debris.

Making Improvements to Your Home?
If you plan on adding a deck, fence, or addition to your home, or landscaping your lawn, you'll want to make sure to abide by our HOA covenants. The covenants, by-laws, and design guidelines can be found under "HOA Documents." Then, you'll need to fill out the Design Review Application Form, also found under "HOA Documents." Happy building!

Community Bulletin Board
