SCQU are found throughout Southeastern Colorado:
- Swallows Road at Pueblo Reservoir & Wildlife Area; Pueblo County
I have numerous success when driving the Swallows road south
of Highway 50 (west of Pueblo West subdivision).
Thrashers and Quail along Swallows Road before it turns west.
Also check, Tejon Avenue which runs east and then south from
Swallows Road (Also check South of Woodstock.
Birds are observed throughout Pueblo West.
- Roads Into Campo Lesser Prairie-Chicken Lek; Baca County
Many times I find SCQU when driving into and out of the Campo Lek.
