NOPO nest throughout the foothills to western Colorado.
- Pine Valley Ranch Park; Jefferson County
From the upper parking area, listen to hill to South.
Listen and look for NOPO at the western end of the
Narrow Gauge Railroad Trail (which runs along south
side of Pine Lake and Park).
- Reynolds Park; Jefferson County
Listen and look for NOPO up hill to South from main parking area.
- Black Canyon Of The Gunnison National Park
Drive to the Western End of the self driving car tour along
the South Rim of the National Park. Birds best found at
first or last light to the west of this end of tour.
