Green Heron
GRHE nest in many locations in Colorado.
- Cherry Creek Reservoir; Arapahoe County
Check the Wetland Pond at Cottonwood Creek Loop.
Also check along the creek leading from the pond
to the reservoir proper.
GRHE are also found at the northeast corner of
the beaver pond at the 12-mile Group Picnic Area.
