Black Phoebe
BLPH nest in several isolated locations in Colorado.
- Uravan, CO; Montrose County
BLPH nest along the Dolores river. They are usually found
within a half mile of the bridge at Uravan.
- McElmo Canyon (Bridge on J Road)
Several birds have been observed here for the past two years.
- Burnt Mill Road & Waterbarrel Bridge; Pueblo County
Traditionally a nesting location of one or two pairs of birds.
