Currently, I am working on two different seminars which deal with issues of proliferation and of non-proliferation. The seminar at the TU Dresden will emphasize the natural science aspect of the topic whereas the seminar at the Free University in Berlin will focus more on the aspects of American foreign policy.

  • "Wenn Rüstungskontrolle fehlschlägt ....": Non-Proliferation und Counter-Proliferation als Herausforderungen amerikanischer Sicherheitspolitik.

  • Technologie und internationale Sicherheitspolitik: Proliferation, Non-Proliferation und Counter-Proliferation.
     
     

    I am also planning to establish my own institute which will focus on the technological, political, as well as on the international law issues of proliferation, non-proliferation, counter-proliferation, and preemption.
