The engine: AeroSport Power O-360-A1A from Kamloops B.C. The single largest expense of the project. It came with 40amp alternator, light-weight starter, 2 new Slick mags with leads and plugs, and Marvel carb.

Garage started to get crowded. Rolling it out into the driveway helped.

You have to put the wheels on first. Wheel and brake assembly was simple.

Mounted cowl slightly low to allow for engine sag during high G maneuvers.

We tried to do as much assembly as we could at home.
Here we are loading the RV8 on Fletcher's auto towing vehicle.

Rusty Duffy assisted and followed us to Milton. Weather this Sunday a.m. was
indefinite ceiling, 1/8SM in fog. The first cross-country was definitely IFR!

Arrived at hangar without a hitch. Off load went smoothly.
