I have a very modest collection of DVDs. I'll only buy a DVD if I think I'll sit through it more than once. As you can probably tell, I am mostly a science fiction geek. I also am a big big fan of Joss Whedon's Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel television shows. There are some DVDs that I keep in the media room where any family member or houseguest can pop it in and watch it on the big screen.

Like I said, it's a very modest collection. I'd really like to add some seasons from Star Trek Voyager and Deep Space Nine but that's unlikely given how expensive each season is. The most recent addition is the first season of SCI-FI's Battlestar Galactica remake. I'll also be starting the Veronica Mars series when season 1 becomes available.
