An initial deposit of 1/2 the total rental is required to reserve our condominium.  The remainder of the rental fee is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit in full all monies received.
Cancellations received 60-30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit.
Cancellations of more than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
