Gay Pride Month is annually observed in June. One of our greatest strengths at FMS is the rich diversity we have in our employees. This month provides an opportunity for putting aside differences, promoting understanding, recognizing similarities and affirming the human rights of all persons regardless of their race, religion, ethnicity, disability or sexual orientation.

FMS is an amazing organization on many levels, providing centralized payments, collections, debt collection and accounting services for the government. Through these services we touch the lives of millions of Americans.

As we strive to achieve our strategic goals, we must recognize our astounding similarities and embrace our differences. We value the efforts of all employees who contribute, including those who are Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual or Transgender (GLBT.)

This year there are Gay Pride Month activities at San Francisco and Kansas City sponsored by FMS GLOBE. (See Attached SFC Gay Pride Agenda) Other educational and outreach events will be taking place in FMS and field offices.
