M I S S I O N

The mission of Financial Management Service Gay Lesbian Or Bisexual Employees (FMS GLOBE) is to create an FMS work place that includes and respects gay, lesbian and bisexual employees. We provide a community for our members, facilitate honest communications among the people of FMS, and advocate inclusive FMS policies and practices.

FMS GLOBE has formed to represent the interests of the gay, lesbian and bisexual FMS employees. We are affiliated with the larger Federal GLOBE organization, representing all federal agencies. Since forming, we have adopted a mission and strategies, provided a sense of community for gay and lesbian FMS members, assisted FMS employees who have troubled relations with their gay and lesbian children, and helped the local community with gay and lesbian awareness programs.
