All classes
are HANDS-ON and we make everything in real time

No previous experience necessary we build every class from the ground up.

Take a series to receive a strong background in French technique to continue with professional training.




Prepare Gourmet Meals, Pastries & Desserts, Hors d'Oeuvre and more. Learn to apply classic techniques to your own or any kind of cooking. Classes are taught for all levels in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment.

Classes are held WEDNESDAY EVENINGS, starting at 7:00 pm.

WORKSHOPS are SATURDAYS, beginning at 10:30 am. Weekend Workshops allow more time for HANDS-ON practice in specific areas of cooking and baking. Or just watch and learn.
