Hello all, on Saturday, October 24th, I went to a tournament in Stuart Florida. My dad was running it, and we had 12 people show up. I was playing a new LS deck, based on controlling the game and my undefeated DS.
1st Game, My DS vs. Anthony Parr' LS
I don't remember much of this game, I got the stuff I needed out, even
though I didn't have too good of an opening hand. I controlled the
entire game, without much threat. I ending up winning with 9 cards in my
hand because I didn't feel like looking for a Reactor Terminal.
High points: Winning
Low points: Not a very Challenging Game.

2nd Game, My LS vs Lee Edwards's DS bounty Hunter deck.
Well, this was probably the most fun game I had the entire game. I was
controlling in the beginning, using my Mains and such. Then, going a
couple of turns without getting characters out he was out numbering me
on Tatooine and I spent a lot of time running around and away. He had
Bubo down and was munching on my 2-2 characters. He started to get on
top and then I dropped Luke and Obi. I also had savrip and Bacta tank
out so I wasn't loosing much force from battles. Late in the game, he
lost Ooota-Goota-Solo to a drain, so that gave me the go-ahead of using
the Nabruin I had been saving. I used it to get obi and luke over to
Boba and another hunter. Without him Having the force to use Boba's
Blaster I cleared his characters with obis saber and destiny, and I
didn't Take any damage. That was it, and after almost 40 minutes I won
by 33! (BTW-He was never able to capture a single character even with
all wrapped up on the table!)
High points: It was one the best games I've played in a while, even if
the differential was so high.
Low points: Not many I can think of.

So, going into the second round I was second, first was Michael Fitzgerald, with 4(+64). BTW, Michael is going to the Worlds and is Ranking #9 in Dagobah and I am #31. So, guess who I am playing now, =).
3rd Game, My DS(Hoth Cave, Bad feeling have I) vs Michael Fitzgeralds
LS(Massi Throne Room, Civil Disorder.)
SO I think, good I get to play my undefeated DS, heck I even beat Mike
with it last time we played, d'oh.
His turn he deploys 2 locations, a tatooine 2-1 and a command center. I
get a fairly bad starting hand, only one character, DS-61-3, and so I
can take 2 force loss or put -3 in the cave, I take the ladder and
cancel CD. I am stuck with bad characters three fourths of the game and
horrible destiny draws the entire game, 2's and 1's. I was in the lead
at start but that didn't help, bad luck the whole game. I thought I had
a chance when I put Kithaba, Darth and Tarkin against Obi and Luke, he
hit GMT with obi and I canceled his destiny, where I draw a 1... all he
has to loose is some force. I get hit for 10 battle damage when he uses
a nabrun. I kept lost just about every SAC war we had. I kept losses
down and I only lost by 11.
High points: Reading his face and stop him from crushing me early on
with a nabrun.
Low points: DS loosing for the first time in the tournament. Drawing
only 1's and 2's for Battle destiny's.

4th Game, My LS(Yoda's Hut) vs Michael Fitzgeralds DS(T: Jabba's Palace,
Bad feeling Have I)
Great, looks like I'm going 2-2, what a bad way to end a tournament... I
start off ok, Locations, what my deck needs most.. I play safe. I win a
couple of SAC wars. In a battle, Darth vs Obi and KFC I miss Darth, he
hits obi and I draw a 6! his is canceled. I use firgn and he keeps
pulling my lost mains when I win. I kill another darth with a 5. I
control the game, and I lead almost the entire thing. I won by 20!
High points: I had good Luck, and I played safe. I beat Mike with my LS
deck!
Low points: Not any I can think of.

So I ended up 2nd, one person went undefeated and Mike got third. I pulled nothing good out of my packs, but Mike got a Luke. Not a Bad tournament though.
