Hey...it was an exciting weekend. I played my usual, Dark Deal and AS, not to disimilar from the ones I sent in on Beakman's page.
Game 1 - My Asteroid Sanctuary Deck vs. Space/TIE deck.
I start with Alderran, he starts with Kessel. Uh....d'oh. Its right
about now I wish I had put more heavy space in and not just weak
Y-Wings. Well...it started okay...My opening hand was pretty good...2
Feilds, 2 Big Ones, 2 Y-Wings, a Hojix and Dont forget da droids. I
started setting up the AS's and he started canceling him. Well, I
knocked out a Vic-Class 2 TIES with their pilots and an Imp Class with
Asteroid Feilds for destiny. I out drained him.

Game 2 - My Dark Deal vs. Asteroid Sanctuary
Well, out of all the decks I've tested my DD deck with I've never tested
it against an AS deck. Im getting a little worried. He informs we as
we are drawing hands that he copied my deck from the previous
tournement. Oh joy. I know my DD can't stand against my AS. Well...in
my hand I get both (CC) BOBA FETT and SLAVE 1! And 2 locations and some
cheap dudes and of course, a Dark Deal. I go, deploy a Cloud Car to
B:CC. His turn, 2 feilds a corvette and an AS. Not bad. Second turn,
I activate and draw. I get my 3rd location and figure that if I get
another force I'll be able to get DD off next turn. His turn - forgets
to drain and deploys Dagobah. Well, It went downhill for him there.
His corvette got pounded and he took a drain of 2 most of the game cause
of Boba. Well, another win by me (I think about 12)

Game 3 - Dark Deal vs. Cloud City Mains and Toys.
I start with the usual (bespin: cc) he starts with Guest Quarters. My
first turn, activate, cloud car, draw. His turn, activate, deploy P.
Leia to the G.Q. My second turn. Deploy Blendin and Lando and battle
P. Leia. Draw a 3. She draws a 0. Whew. Well, he put down Chewbacca
and Luke and was running around awhile until I got DD and cornered him.
It was a quick game

Game 4 - AS vs. Tatooine/JP Drain
I start as usual, he starts with Tat:JP/EtE. I get an excellent hand,
except for NO Y-WINGS! Ouch, thats bad. First turn, he activates, gets
sites down, puts Gailid by himself at the AC. Well...he knows what I'm
playing. I activate and draw...get a Y-Wing. His turn, activates a
bunch...deploys Tusken Canyon, Lars MF, and Cantina, and puts a
skrilling at 3 sites. My turn, I drain for a petty 3 which is canceled
by Den Of Theives, and he loses 4 for AS. I put down Dantooine and a
feild and a big one and a y-wing + AS. His turn, drains for 10. Ouch.
40 cards...thats 1/4 of m deck. Well, I'm gone. From that point I knew
it was downhill. He piles the skrillings at the rest of the sites. My
turn, drain a petty amount. His turn, he drains until I have 1 card
left and plays Abyssin Ornement. Retrieves 6. Drains, I lose.

Overall, it was a great tournement. I had a good time and traded a lot of stuff. I placed 3rd, my best friend got 2nd, and Eric Anderson won it. I'm really not dissapointed losing to Eric, because he is a great player and deserved to win. He is one of the nicest people there and deserved the tournement win more than anyone else. He was awesome. Well, I got 4 packs of Premeire...all junk...I got Jabba's Sail Barge and Advantage. Not much, but nobody ahead of me got anything better. Well, thats it for now. Thanks for reading!
