Strategy:
Start w/ Scum, then deploy Jabba with your three force. Dump all your Jawas in hand down for free. Set up your SAC defense and Well Gaurded, then start looking for Herat or Wittin. Monnoks is mainly in there to make sure they don't have a Quite A Merc; otherwise I'd put another Elis. Everything else pretty much explains itself.
