Strategy:
This deck version of the Pacific Blue was made as a joke. Since Outer Rim Scouts are pretty impossible to get your hands on, trying to get so many would be really difficult. Of course, legend has it that one of the World Finalists has 20+ of these suckas. Maybe he's hordeing them all and that's why no one else can come by them.
The deck works like all other Pacific Blue decks. Tatooine + Nightfall and then Drop and drain. I added the Abyssian Ornament mainly to get more Scouts out, but could be used for retrieval as well. This decks strength is speed, so if you have 20+ ORS... have fun. If not, substitute as you see fit. :-)
