Uh-Oh is strong card for many reasons. It nearly annialates the EXE/JP combo (at least until everyone forgets about it!). But if you look closely at the card you will see that this card's full potential is with an alien deck.
The biggest problem for such a deck was how unrepresentative the Audience Chamber was for the Light Side. Bo Shuda was basically useless unless your opponent was playing an all alien deck too. This made the Light Side's version of the Audience Chamber not as useful. But not anymore. Uh-Oh (+ the Signal) has opened up enormous possibilities for the Light Side and done signifigant damage to the Power of the Palace.
With Uh-Oh, the Light Side now has a reason to play with the audience chamber. While it is probably still not a good idea to start with this location because the Dark Side can still use the JP gametext to pull out the Audience Chamber and Convert your site, the LS Audience Chamber will make a stronger appearance. This is mainly because this site allows you to deploy Bo Shuda from the reserve deck without having to worry about being cancelled. The advantage is that it makes placing alien representatives in the Audience Chamber much easier. Now Light Side Decks won't have to fight just to keep these decks going (provided we don't see a SE card that makes this more difficult). With Uh-Oh on the table, the LS can sing Hakuna Matata as it plops down Tessek, Loje Nella, and friends. Suddenly, the Audience Chamber looks light side friendly.
I would have to say that the Dark Side is going to need something to counter balance this card. Since Bo Shuda makes Trap Door useless, the rancor and its pit will see even less action. And Loje Nella will easily cancel Galid while Tessek and non-unique alien pals (at a nice +1 forfeit also a part of this card) will suddenly gain the major advantage. Such an interesting shift.
It seems that the first signs of Special Edition may have started to even the scales out for Light Side decks. Most certainly will make many decks say Uh-Oh!
