But who knew the big bus was that ugly. Decipher released one of its worst card images thus far in Bossk in the Hound's Tooth. But even though this card may not be as appealing to look at as some of the other cards Decipher has made, it's Game text is definitely something to look at twice.
The card is destiny 1 with a power 5 armor 4 and hyperspeed 4. It deploys for 8 and forfeits for five. Not so spectacular so far. But there's more. The game text is the killer. It states, "May add 6 passengers and 1 vehicle. Permanent Pilot is *Bossk, who provides ability of 2, adds 2 to power and adds one battle destiny. Deploys and moves like a starfighter. Has ship-docking capability."
Ok...Wow. The Captain Han counterpart has arrived, just much weaker. So we get 7 power, two ability, and an extra destiny for 8 force. I'll pay that!
But the lack of immunity to attrition might render this bad-boy a short term answer to the Falcon. This means we must protext it with forfeit fodder, I would say a Septoid droid would do nicely. But we also need 2 more in ability!
There are a few things to help this out. First off, depending on where Bossk is battling, our choices for backup are different. If we are in the clouds, OS-72-10 would be a nice way of getting THREE Destinies with only an ability of 4. This would surely scare the Falcon away. This means that these two are ideal defense for Cloud City.
But if we are in space, Star Destroyers and high forfeit pilots will do the trick. Add the Septoid droid in any case to take care of attrition, and this card will be ok.
But there's one more thing we can do. Perhaps the best deck for this card is the Carbon Freeze Objective. By flipping it over, all independent starfighters get immunity to attrition <4.
So, yes it's ugly. Are you going to use it? Me too!
