What is this?
Welcome to my way to support my and my sons' LEGO habit (it also provided me with a rudimentary familiarity with HTML).
While I never had any LEGO growing up, LEGO has provided the connection point between their interests and mine.

We've become quite addicted, and since I'm interested in naval vessels, I've undertaken a project to build a minifig scale battleship.
We'll start with a LEGOized version - appropriately, and then move on to a full blown replica.
(Did you know that a  minifig scale Battleship Missouri will be 18.5 feet(!) long, and just one anchor chain alone is 22.5 feet (!))

I'll post updates as we go, on the What's New page.
It will take a lot of parts. Please see parts wanted page to help.

Currently, as we expanded beyond sets, we built a street of houses, a playground, a large crocodile, then a real minifig scale dragon (not those wimpy premature baby dragons you get in the sets.)

Lately my kids have used LEGO for school projects including creating dioramas of various scenes from stories.

Anything else?
