What condition are these parts in?
    For now, all the parts are brand NEW.  Maybe as my stock of used parts grows, I'll list them separately.  I'll see how this works for now. I do have a stock of used parts I can search for more unusual parts, so if you're willing to accept used for parts you don't see listed, please let me know.

I don't live in the US, is there anything I should know?
  Payment:  I prefer you send payment in either an international money order or cash.  But I can also exchange international currencies, if you are willing to assume the risk of currency fluctuations. Note - I can only accept paper currency for exchange at my bank.
  Shipping: I can send air or surface, let me know which you prefer.  For very light packages, insurance costs disporportionately more than for packages over 1 pound (.46 kilos).  Just let me know what you prefer with your order.
  Customs:  This is very easy for me, but if there are any special considerations for where you are that I should know, just let me know with your order.

What if you are out of a part, or it isn't listed?
    If I don't have any quantities on the site, please let me know that you realize this, and you are interested if I have any.
    My stock changes almost daily, so it is  not unusual for me to have many things not listed yet.

How do I find this XXXX part?
    Ok, so you have no idea what something is called on my site....
    The easiest wasy to find something is to open the AllParts page and run some searches on the page.
    You can search in IE or Netscape with Ctrl-F, or by using one of the menus.

How do I find a part if I know the LDRAW number?
     For most LDRAW part numbers, you can still locate what your part. If the LDRAW number you're looking for is pure number, without letters, I typically use link to it instead of using my own picture. You can find the LDRAW numbers to search on by viewing the listing in source view. This is U in Netscape, or in Internet Explorer, look under the View menu, then choose Source. You can then perform a search for the LDRAW number you are looking for.

What's with the order form?
     I've had a few people who order and I prepare their order, then I never hear from them again.
     So I ask for contact and reference information.
     But, if you're a returning customer and know your customer # (I generate), you can just use that on the Order Form, and leave the rest of the information out.

What can I order?
    You can order any parts.  They are all LEGO (TM).

What if I want more than you have on hand?
    Ask anyway. The totals I have listed are are usually a bit less than what I actually have.  Furthermore, since the available quantities are updated by hand, I may have already sold some of the parts you want.

What about instructions?
  I haven't listed them,but if you're interested, I have instructions for hundreds of different sets, so just ask on your order for what you're looking for.

What's with the pictures?
    The links to view the parts are not 100% complete.  I've tried to provide links for the more confusing parts.
    Some links are to "LDRAW" pictures, these have not been selected for the actual color of the part, rather simply a representation for the shape of the actual parts.  Other links are to actual scans of the parts.  If you have any questions, please include them in your order, or simply send me an email.

Can I trust you to not take my money?
    Sure, and I have many satisfied customers to vouch for my reputation.
    If you need references, just ask.

Why don't you send the parts first, I'll send the money.
    Well, that's not the way it works.  You pay first, then I ship.
    But, if I have sold to you before, and you need immediate shipping, let me know, and I should be able to send the parts while you are sending payment.  Just let me know what you need, and within reason, I'll try and help. 

Why should I buy from you instead of an online auction?
(also frequently worded, "But I saw this xxx part for yyy microcents less, just the other day . . .)
    OK, if you did, why didn't you buy it?
    Buy from me and you'll get your parts quickly, even within a week if you send payment promptly.
    No headaches with bidding and counterbidding.
        . . . I remember getting deluged with over 20 auction updates in one day on just a single lot I bid on once.
        . . . Other auctions require you to be there to fight off other bids at the last second.
    Here, you avoid all that.  And, I'll try and find any parts for you that I don't currently have.
