THIRD GENERATION
François Baudouin II born 1741 on St. Domingue. Died November 25, 1808. Husband of  Marianne Toups c. 1747-1795 (daughter of  Jean Frederick Toups and Anne Barbe Strimphel) Most records indicate that Catherine Petrimiche (Petrimide) was the mother of François III, but since François II was married to Marie Jeanne Carelle at the time, and Catherine was a widow who married François II in 1769, this is not likely.  I maintain that François III's mother was actually Marie Jeanne Carelle.

François II and Marianne Toups had 6 children:

Note: In Winston Deville's book "Louisiana Soldiers in the American Revolution", François II was listed as Francisco Baudouin, as a Regular Fuselier in the German Coast Militia. Whether this unit actually fought the British is a subject for further research. But ladies, if you're wanting DAR membership, this should do it for you.
