Fun: Fair. Some of the transitions are rough, often VERY crowed. Be prepared to skate with bikers. Be aware of the "Slow Skate" hours.
Cleanliness: O.K
Friendliness: The friendliness seems to have improved now that bikers are officially allowed. I'm happy to see that the bikers and skaters are learning how to share the park and there are no more near fights.

Nearest Skateboard shop/s: Hillcrest Ski and Sports, Oregon City Shopping Center, McLoughlin Blvd, ph: 503.656.4455, Hrs: M-F: 10:30am-7:30pm, SAT: 10:30am-6:30pm, SUN: 12-5. Located right across the street from the O.C skatepark, an easy walk, this shop has been here about 6 years and has a nice supply of decks and parts.
Misc: Respect the "Slow Skate" time slots. Extremely crowded on weekends, very possibly too crowded. This park now has set hours for kids, I'm not sure that all thrashers and bikers are aware of these new "Slow Skate" hours yet, so beware. Bleachers recently added for viewing. There is a nice playground nearby. Restrooms. Drinking fountain. McDonald's a stone's throw away. I enjoy walking in the park which is on the river and very pretty. Bring a fishing pole?
