Size: Very small, maybe 30' by 50'
Difficulty: 0-1 (on a scale of 1-5, 5 being difficult)
Fun: Depends on your skill level. Good for beginners, possibly boring and inadequate for others.
Cleanliness: Spotless

Friendliness: Varies. Since the park is so small, one or two rude people can ruin it for all, you can't avoid them here.
Misc: This is a terrific begginer park, but very limited for those with higher skill levels. Some times people on bikes will invade even though they aren't allowed. It is well worth taking your beginner skateboarder's here, but they will need to know how to give the right of way to the more experienced skaters. Some Thrashers also frequent this park, probably due to it's convenient location more than any other reason.
