Questions/Contacts: __
Misc: This skatepark has won world acclaim for how great it is to skate and for it's history and character. This park was built without permission by skateboarders, with their own time and money. The city allows the skatepark to exist so long as it doesn't create problems, please don't give the city any excuses to close it down. The park is maintained soley by skateboarders. You will see some of the hottest skateboarding ever and anywhere at Burnside. It is a very intense park, skate here only if you know what you are doing and respect the regulars. NOT FOR THE YOUNG OR INEXPERIENCED. This park is full of some serious, extremely fast skaters and would be dangerous for everyone if small, inexperienced kids tried to skate here. One creepy porta-potty. No payphone, no drinking fountain, no seating, very limited parking.
