The history of this branch starts from Thomas , the fourth son of Thomas of the 3rd generation. He settled in the Mozhmon property near his eldest brother Chandy and came to be known as the 'Mozhmon Thazhekuttu' branch.

    He had two sons, Thomas and Mathai but details of Mathai's descendants are obscure. This Thomas of the fifth generation had 2 sons, Thomas and Mathai. While Thomas of 6th generation constituted the 'Mozhmon Madamon' sub branch , Mathai of the 6th generation was the father of the 'Mozhmon Poovanmala' sub branch.
