Clam
Sauce

5 T. olive
oil |
2 T. parsley,
snipped |

4-5 garlic
cloves, minced |
Parmesan
cheese |

2-10 oz cans
minced clams |
Pasta of choice
(spaghetti or linguini) |

1 tsp
oregano |

Heat olive oil in
skillet and add garlic to sauté just until starts to brown. Add clams, liquid and all, oregano, and
parsley. Heat
just until simmers. Serve on
cooked pasta and top with Parmesan.
