8/14/08: Regrettably, I have been out of touch for some time now, attending to personal matters. Member participation in competitions, while never significant, has declined even further to just a small, localized group of people. Continued conflicts within 'management' and other 'interested parties' have greatly reduced my desire to remain involved. As a result, new membership enrollment and website updates have been suspended. The website will remain up as an informational reference and a resource for the various forms and targets that I have created. Future direction of the organization is unclear at this time, although the creation of another national organization has been suggested as an alternative. More information will be made available as the situation develops.
