SalesOrders

Sales order processing is often a mixture of software programs such as database, spreadsheet, accounting, etc. programs that do not accomplish the task in a single integrated program.

You would like to automate your sales processing function, but you still have to manually move data from one program to another and there is usually inadequate reporting and tracking available.

SalesOrders is the complete sales order processing program. Now you can enter sales orders, invoices, and credit memos in a single integrated program and track backlog and receivables. Forms, reports, lists and labels may be generated directly from the program.

SalesOrders is written for Microsoft Access, which is commonly available on modern computers since it is included with Microsoft Office Pro.

SalesOrders is a complete, integrated software marketing tool to enable and facilitate the entry of sales orders, invoices and credit memos while tracking backlog and accounts receivable.

SalesOrders operates under Microsoft Access, which is readily available on most computers with Microsoft Office Pro installed.

Order acknowledgements, invoices, packing lists, credit memos and customer lists/labels may be printed directly. Reports are also available listing sales orders received (bookings),shipments (billings), shipping schedules, commissions, backlog and receivables.

Salesorders maintains a database of your customers with both billing and shipping addresses, contact information and shipping method/account data that may be accessed directly. You may print customer lists and/or labels filtered by a myriad of parameters. The customer list may also be sorted by many parameters.

Backlog is calculated in real time to ensure accuracy of the balance. Any changes to the sales order and/or invoices are automatically incorporated into the backlog calculation. When an incomplete shipment is made a new shipping date can be entered.

Receivables automatically remove all paid invoices and subtract credit memos.

Commissions may be split between up to four sales representative organizations, e.g., your product is designed in one location, the purchase order is issued from a second location, your product is shipped to a third location and billing is to a fourth location.
