Rogue was "our Big Red Dog" when my sisters and I were growing up in Northern Ontario. One of our favorite times was Christmas, when the whole family, including Rogue, trekked out into the woods, through the snow banks, searching for the Christmas tree. I still see him leaping through the drifts, leading us to that perfect tree. A wonderful, gentle dog - he still lives, in my memories.
