Deacon was an easy-going boy who loved to stalk squirrels, and other back-yard critters. Deacon and his brother Tucker showed several times as a brace, including a lovely 2nd place Brace Winner at the Irish Setter Club of America National Specialty, and a Best In Show brace in Beaufort, South Carolina.
In the fall of 1997, Deacon embarked on his short obedience career, and earned his CD in four shows (okay, he thought it was more fun at the National to join the frisby fun, than to heel)!
Deacon did it all - breed, obedience and bed hog supreme. I miss you, my sweet boy
