She has certainly shown the boys "how it's done". Linda Timmerman (her handler) started out with Darcie on the last weekend in February, and she finished 6 weeks later! Watch for this girl - she's gorgeous

Darcie, I knew you were special.

I will always remember the first night I brought Darcie home. She was eight weeks old. I tucked her in her vari kennel with her toys and blankie right beside her cousin, Ryley. I woke up during the night as she was very quiet (unlike her talking cousin) and when I walked into the dark laundry room I suddenly realized that the door on her kennel was left wide open. I went on a frantic search throughout the house thinking she was somewhere wandering around the house. When I couldn't find her anywhere, I went back to the laundry room, turned on the light and saw her pretty little face looking back at me from the vari-kennel as if to say, "the lights are hurting my eyes, why did you wake me?" I knew then she was something special.

Darcie actually began her show career as a young puppy and made the cut at some specialty shows in some very large classes. She has been at home for the past few years to grow up and grow some coat. She truly is a sweet, sweet, gal!
