Hi... thanks for caring... what I'm looking for
I'm looking for a place to live in the Orlando, FL area... no specific community in mind yet... I know the area
and I will consider within 30 miles of downtown - between exits 23 through 49 on I4 (as an area for reference)...
PLACE: I don't need much, a room with a kitchen and bathroom will suffice for now. I'd prefer a short term lease,
however I will happily sign longer lease for the right place/person. Sharing (roommates) would be even better. I
can comfortably pay advance rent in addition to first, last, and security. I have references you can call. Below is
some work history for reference, however my primary goal is to find a place to live. I worked hard to be able to
afford some extended vacation time this year... I welcome all offers and suggestions though, for compromise is the
way to peace and happiness after all (don't I sound wise, huh?... get to know me {or come in through the window link below}, you'll understand why I'm laughing at myself). I'm listed at ShareRent as Peaceful_Friend J
JOB: I shall put a new resume together again when I get settled. I have enough saved to comfortably manage all
expenses for at least the rest of the year, so I can take my time in chosing a job. I am open to anything and have done many things, including: managing residential treatment facilities (intermediate health care), directing eight
and twenty-four hour treatment programs, team leading for interdisciplinary treatment teams (I can handle crisis
pressure, multi-tasking, and critical responsibilities). I've also done exterminating, landscaping, and cleaned floors
and carpets and toilets and barns (labor doesn't scare me). I welcome all offers and I take my job-life seriously.
