...sometimes the best I can do to keep in touch is write to everyone at once...

(as if I don't have enough email groups to choose from, I created another one and actually introduced myself in the first message to nobody (cuz nobody was in the group yet)... anyway, for whatever, here's the latest incarnation of an introductory message since you clicked on the link to know more about me) Hi... I created this group because I'd like to find more people who truly care about life and the planet that sustains our lives. Caring is an action, a verb. It's not just a feeling in the heart, but an actively engaged lifestyle. Does it really take some unprecedented enlightened awareness to realize this? :) I hope not... I hope a lot of people are like me, feeling a little (or very, sometimes) lonely in this industrial society. Feeling out of place in this world created by 'modern man'. Wanting to find friends, near and far, who understand the simplicity and honesty of actively caring. My core value, highest ideal, and only 'law' for myself is 'honesty wihout harm'... we are all innocent if we intend no harm. I believe in seeking tangible, verifiable, visceral, empirical truth above all else and doing as little harm as possible along the way. I don't have a whole lot of time for mail. I am actively seeking friends and more social life offline in Orlando, FL since I've relocated here in 2000. If you're into politics and the green party, I'm non-partisan and independant and don't want any part of the negativity I've seen and heard from all the parties, including the greens. But the official Green Party values may be closest to my own values of all the official parties out there, so we may have a lot in common after all :) If you're into religion or telling people how to live their lives in any way, good luck to ya... my chosen blind faith is honest love and I don't need to be told how to do it. So most systems of belief with their complicated regimins and restrictions are unnecessary for me to to act on my faith. I'm certifiably incorrigible and naturally rebellious and since I take no book of rules seriously, I'd much rather be playful and focus on the living part of life :) If you're into music, you have a path straight to my soul... most music leads to my core somehow, but the combination of words and music used to express some meaningful emotion or experience holds my attention and attracts me most. I have few needs and do not believe in need, but I need to sing almost every day (and if that makes sense to you, then maybe we share some deeper understandings too :) I write daily... journals, letters, rhymes... words are my chosen playground and creating outlet and writing is my inspirational mirror, therapy, and legacy... for whatever it's worth. And I rarely correct typos, or typoes, for that matter. I live to share caring as openly and honestly as possible... I seek more people who share my interests, ideals, and lifestyle.
