Last will of Taylor McNabb. Decd.
Be it remembered that I Taylor McNabb do make this my will as
follows:
Item 1 I give my soul to the Lord who gave it
2nd I give my wife control of the farm her lifetime for her
support and what single children may stay with her
3rd Two cows and caves and some farming tools what
provisions is in hand six beestands household furniture meat
and hogs
4th I give to Lafayette T McNabb Henry C McNabb and John
McNabb the land after their mothers death, not to be sold out
of the family for two generations and if sold within that
time to be for all the children. 5th I give to Lucretia a
Trout Louisa D Dodgens Hanna Ann Hgsed (Hogsed?) Viola Hazel and Bingel
P (?) one doller each.
Item 6 Luisa Nichols Mary Bates Elizabeth Jack Hossetend
Orten Rachel Adalen McNabb and Victery McNabb have what is
left after giving Rachel Victery a bed a piece of the
personal property.
Item 6 My mineral property for all equal. I do make this
my will and appoint Lafayette T McNabb my executor in testing
Whereof I have signed the same this the 13th day of June
